1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Eventrise, LLC ("Eventrise", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Eventrise provides tools for event organizers to list events and for attendees to purchase tickets. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Organizers
Organizers are responsible for accurately representing their events and fulfilling any obligations to ticket purchasers. Eventrise is not liable for event cancellations, changes, or disputes between organizers and attendees.
5. Attendees
Attendees must ensure that ticket information is accurate at the time of purchase. Voluntary refunds are subject to the event organizer's policies, which are provided on each event listing. If an event is cancelled, your order is refunded in full — the ticket price, sales tax, any fees the organizer added, and the platform and payment-processing fees — regardless of the organizer's own refund policy.
6. Payments and Fees
All transactions are processed securely. Eventrise charges a platform fee and passes through payment-processing fees as outlined during event setup, and organizers may add their own fees to a ticket or an order. Every fee that applies is named, itemized, and already included in the total price shown before you pay. An organizer may mark one of their own fees non-refundable on a voluntary refund; if the event is cancelled, every fee is refunded along with the ticket.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Eventrise, unless submitted by users, is owned by Eventrise, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eventrise is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, including lost profits, event-related issues, or third-party conduct.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform for violations of these terms or applicable laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
