• Improve our platform

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in four categories:

• Strictly necessary — sign-in sessions, your cart and checkout, security, and remembering the region settings below. These cannot be switched off and the platform does not work without them.
• Analytics — PostHog and Google Analytics, to understand how the platform is used and where it fails.
• Advertising — Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads.
• Support — Intercom, which powers our in-product chat.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Québec, non-essential cookies stay off until you opt in: analytics, advertising and support cookies are disabled by default, no advertising or analytics identifiers are stored on your device, and our support chat is not loaded. Everywhere else, non-essential cookies are set unless you turn them off. You can also control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

5. Regional Privacy Rights and International Transfers

Eventrise, LLC is established in the United States, and personal information you provide is processed there and by our service providers. Where we transfer personal information out of your region, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension and Swiss-US commitments, or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, plus supplementary safeguards where required.

European Economic Area. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. New Zealand. We disclose personal information outside New Zealand only where Information Privacy Principle 12 of the Privacy Act 2020 permits it — in practice, to recipients subject to comparable safeguards.

Canada and Québec. We handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and, in Québec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), including its rules on transfers outside Québec. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
